Project overview
Meta concluded its fifth and final #MetaCreatorDay of 2023 in Gurugram, having successfully celebrated creators across multiple cities. NYUC played a crucial role in this success by implementing a seamless registration system for the event. Our company created dedicated registration pages for five cities: Mumbai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Chennai, and Delhi. This system ensured an efficient and user-friendly experience for the 5,000 creators who participated in the event. Attendees could easily register and select their preferred time slots for onsite activities. Our innovative solution included QR check-in functionality, which streamlined the entry process and minimized waiting times, enhancing the overall event experience for creators.
Results
NYUC's registration system was designed to handle the diverse and widespread nature of Meta's Creator Day. By offering a centralized platform for registration and slot booking, we facilitated smooth coordination and management of the event across different locations. This capability was particularly important given Meta's goal to reach creators all over the country, not just in major centers. With guest of honors like Ranveer Singh, Varun Dhawan, and other prominent personalities, the event drew significant attention. Our system's efficiency allowed creators from various backgrounds and with different followings to participate in the event seamlessly, fostering collaboration and engagement among the creative community. By ensuring a hassle-free registration and check-in process, NYUC contributed to the success of Meta's initiative, enabling creators to focus on sharing, expressing themselves, and being entertained.
